Caden's Aprenticship-Learning to Mow The Lawn

Oh wow! What a summer it has been. We just returned from Maui to some crazy weather in Seattle. It  gets warm but the skies either don't clear or wait until about 5:00pm to clear! But, clouds won't stop David from mowing the lawn several times this week! We decided that it was time for Caden to learn his fate...he will eventually take over this duty...if David can let go of it! They were SO cute out there today! Caden would do a pass, turning often to check and see what David was doing or where abouts he was. Sometimes he would stop and check out his mower, like David. Other times he would get bored and just wander over to me or the soccer ball for a bit. It was very sweet! He even wanted to mow the front with David when he moved up to the front yard! I love to see how Caden has started imitating everything we do, usually after seeing it only once! He is getting so big!
